The presence of the actual liquid layer in a very thin layer mirrors the reflection of the environment as an interactive role with the surrounding. Reflected vision constantly changes as the viewer moves around also as liquid captures the movement of the atmosphere and distorts the echoed image.
Primarily inspired from the reflection of the black granite wall and the construction of Vietnam Veteran Memorial (1982) by Maya Lin.
